Whats the time widget?

Here's my new home screen for my Nexus 5. Running Nova Launcher:

NEXUS5 Rocking with Action Launcher 2 home screen, Cal, Any.do, Yahoo weather, and Long Shadow Icon Pack.
Love the shutters and covers @ Action Launcher. Wish it could use a better method other than swipe on icon though (doesn't always for for me).

I guess I should mention that I'm running all this on a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 with CyanogenMod and GEL.

I'm a little late to this game. Here's the only home screen I use on my moto x. All the essentials right up front.

How did you get the font to change? Was that with the Apex icons?

The font was downloaded from LG Smartworld and applied through the stock font changer. Icons are Axis, not Apex. My bad.

Here is what I'm rocking on my phone right now. This on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 rocking the 4.3 OS. I think the layout may stay for a while but the wallpaper may change and with this layout, any of my wallpapers will work. I have a web site that I've put all of the wallpapers that I've created for my phone and tablet on in case you want to get this wallpaper. The URL is Cindy's Android Wallpapers. You would just go to NFL and then AFC South and you should find it there. And now without further ado, here are the pictures.

That's HD widgets (all of mine) using their colourform theme/pack. It's an extra purchase, but I like how it looks. It adds many more options to HD widgets. I then just adjusted the background, textures, colors, etc. to match the rest.

Yes, you can manipulate colors and textures.

BUT... you cannot change skins though like you can in beautiful widgets.

For example, those weather icons are what you are stuck with, but you can change their color...
