What does the blinking blue light mean on the wireless charger?

What does the blinking blue light mean on the wireless charger

I have the Samsung wireless charger for the galaxy edge and when my phone is done charging it blinks blue!. The 1st time I used it it turned green but now it blinks blue and only goes to 99%. Anyone else have this happen or know what it means?

Mine just started doing the same thing tonight and the battery will only charge up to 95%. I'm struggling to find answers online. I'm surprised there are not more responses on this thread.
