I don't get why some orders are UPS ground. I would say that's strange, but not really for AT&T. My AT&T order page now says shipped and has the tracking number.

I preordered in the store sunday evening and it says it's coming Monday by the end of the day shipping ups ground. This is complete bs. Why would i preorder when I could go into the store on friday and get one.

When I tried to pre-order, they tried to bump me up from my current 5GB plan to a 15 GB plan and I had no place where I could choose to stay with my 5. I don't come close to using 5 GB so I said the hell with it and stopped in Monday to check my options. They said I could just buy it Friday and put it in place of my Note 5 on the same plan so I made an appointment with my store for Friday morning at 10:00 AM!

Weird. When I tried to order they did that to me at first, but i hit back and clicked the order button again and they let me select the current plan..

I called UPS sorting she confirms they have it and I can pick it up at 8 a.m. tomorrow morning so I think I'm done with this form I'll come back to post a picture but other than that good luck everybody

Preordered online on 8/7 and got tracking numbers for tomorrow delivery. Looks like preordering at the store screwed people.

I tried to order online but I wanted it shipped to my work not my house I live in long beach don't trust it would be there. So att canceled my order got a call from the fraud department had to go into a store to prove it was me a bunch of BS but at least it will arrive Friday. I already have a edge 7 so don't really need the phone. I have a problem I want all the new phones
