What don't I have a setting for changing custom notifications sounds

My phone is cherry mobile x2

Which notification sounds in particular? What version of Android is the device running?

So, many apps have the settings to change those for that app only, are those not working?

I mean i can't also change when incoming call ringtone, message ringtone pretty much everything

That should be in Settings/Sounds if it's still running Marshmallow. (Or somewhere else in Settings if it's updated - put sounds into the search bar in Settings.)
