What happened to one-touch camera focus + shutter?

I had the ability to touch my finger anywhere on the screen to direct the camera focus and also take the picture all in one motion or step on my Note 3. But I can't find this option on the Note 5. Is the setting buried or avaliable somewhere else?

They turned it into rapid fire burst shot mode. I kept trying to get mine to focus too, and ended up with literally hundreds of the same shot
