What Happened to the Ability to Draw/Write Your Texts? Verizon/Messages+

Is there a way to get this back or was it just being tested and didn't make the cut? Verizon Note 9. A several months ago I had the ability to do this in Messages+ Now it's gone or I'm just not finding it. I really miss it!

Have you contacted Verizon and asked them?

I have a Samsung device, but I don't use (and actually disable) all the Verizon apps.
