Just throwing this out there for, well something a little different then Samsung is doomed, LOL

What if there was a second recall and the fix was a smaller battery, let's say 3100 MAH, and it actually is the fix. Would you do it?

Edit.. I would do it. I don't want to give up this phone..I plan on keeping the note 7 now unless it gets pulled and support will go away.

One more recall and everyone will be leaving the ship. So dun think Samsung will be stupid to suggest anymore fixed, it will just be refund and killed.

Dude they can just send me the battery and crap. I will do it myself. I dont think the battery is the issue here though. Look where the heat sink sits.

Yeah there's no way anyone is gonna trust a replacement the 3rd time around.....Keep the phone after the 2nd round is being loyal cause you love the device...if you keep it a 3rd I think that's stubborn.....Soon as they announce it I'm unfortunately giving it up....I planned on having this phone for years and if people are having problems so early on I can just imagine how it will be when the phone ages and the battery gets more sporadic ....

Lol I can't see the heat sink nor am I aware where it sits within the phone. Either way removable batteries FTW.

Frankly, I don't think that Samsung can do anything to keep the Note 7 viable. I don't think people are going to trust the Note 7 anymore.

The whole reason there wasn't a Note 6 was that they shot themselves in the foot with "6". Now they shot themselves in the other foot with "7". Maybe they'll go on the auction block for the value of the office equipment.
