It could be a phone, tablet, or some other "internet appliance" that runs on android. If you've got your router security setup, you can change the password, and see what devices show up as you reacclimate them to your network.

If you do a google search of the devices mac address (ab:cd:ef:01:23:45), it should come up with the manufacturer, and could lead you to what device it is.
