What is error code -18?

I've been trying to download SAS 4 on my tablet, and it has not been working. "Error code -18" is what keeps popping up when thee download fails. Off anyone knows what this is or how to fix it, that would be great, as I haven't come across this error code in the other forums/ Q&A's .

Hi, welcome to the forums! Is that a Play Store error? I would try the standard fixes in this order and make sure you have enough free storage.

Clear cache for Play Store and reboot.
Reset app preferences in settings - apps - three dots top right.
Wipe cache partition on recovery.
Clear data for Play Store and force stop.
Remove that Google account and add it back.
