Thanks for the question @EEMOYA , Since the giveaway happened on twitter, AndroidCentral did not publicly announce winner and rather just E-mailed them privately. They did send out a tweet about 2 days ago saying that the winners have already been chosen.

I promise the giveaways are 100% legitimate.
