what is the best app to use to detect cell phone spy monitoring of personal calls and text

i would like to know urgently how to remove the monitoring from my cell phone... i have instances where they play with the phone while i am reading my ebooks switching inbetween other screens , my screen flickers , they have also wiped my contacts.

would someone who is able to assist me direct me in how to get rid of it please.

Settings -> Back up and reset -> Factory data reset

Afterwards boot into Recovery mode and clear the cache.
