Apperently they changed their policy and it says now that you have to buy the phone from Samsung.com that wasn't the case when they first introduced premium care as I had it on 2 phones and never bought directly from Samsung.You can only add Samsung premium care if you ordered through Samsung. I've had premium care on my S8+, and Note 8. I bought my Note 9 through best buy, went to transfer and they told me Samsung won't cover any phone's not purchased through Samsung. Crock of S#!+. They didn't bother to mention or give any warning you'd lose your coverage.
