Have you tried the Supersheildz ballistic glass on your S7 yet? If so, please let us know if it has the halos. Thanks! My post disappeared
I bought super shieldz ballistics, I'll let you know tomorrow how they are.

I bought the icarez one and I do not recommend it. The sides won't stay down
So, which one are you using right now?I returned mine. I dry fitted it and saw it was not edge to edge (regular S7) so I sent it right back.
Did it fit all the way to the edges, leaving no gap along the sides where the S7 is curved?I don't have a picture of it but a friend of mine got the one from verizon and it fit perfectly, no halo at all. Was very surprised, will be picking one up in the next few days.
I've just bought a Techguard glass screen protector that claims to protect edge-to edge so I'll see whether that's the case this evening! I'll keep you guys and gals updated
It cost me £25 so pretty darn expensive but it's the only curved glass screen protector I could find for the S7.
Carphone WarehouseWhere did you get this from? I am in the UK also.

In my opinion it did, with the spigen rugged armor case on it you couldn't see any of the screen uncovered except the small area where the ear speaker is and right below the home button of course.Did it fit all the way to the edges, leaving no gap along the sides where the S7 is curved?
I tried the ZAGG one from Verizon and took it back before installing it when I saw that it didn't offer full coverage for the regular S7 (not edge)
That's what I thought at first but there's no layer of film on the front, it's just glass. That does not look right. I have a glass protector on my old M8 and it's indistinguishable from the actual screen. Is that a matte version or is there a layer of film still on it?
Cakefish, was the protector itself curved a little bit? As in, if you were to examine it looking at it from top down. Seems like it does an admirable job of not creating a halo effect, but it's such a shame that the adhesive quality ruins the overall quality of the product.
Its been a while since I've used skins, so is tempered glass worthwhile over a generic skin? I'm looking specifically for something that will help protect (minimally) and hopefully help to provide more grip while keeping the profile of the device as minimal as possible.
