What is the best way to restore the stock recovery on an S3

I had a friend update my phone and now I am stuck with TWRP how do I remove it. It is stopping my phone from doing the manual updates. Please help. Since I'm new to this I need a full breakdown on how to. Please and Thank You.

Head over to sammobile and then download the latest firmware for your country and then flash it via Odin . if u do it correctly u will have a completely stock device and you will be able to get ota updates.
