Android Central Question

Before you say anything, yes i'm still using the Note 3, i tried the Note 4 and 5 and i went back to the Note 3, don't ask, it's a long story.

I had purchased 3 different Micro SD cards for the phone from Sandisk to Lexar 32Gb to 64Gb and all would work ok for a year then i notice when i take some pics half of the pic goes missing so basically it corrupts my pictures after a while.

I did some research and found out that there are more than one type of micro sd cards, trying to inquire to see which would be the ideal one for the Note 3? which brand to start off with, which size? 32 or 64, MicroSDXC or SDHC? class 4? 6? 10? UHS 1 or UHS 3?

any help would be appreciated, thank you

Stick with SanDisk - if you have a problem with their card, go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support, upper right, and use the Live Chat.

The card can be any size you like - the Note 2 supports SDXC, it can be any size up to 2TB (the largest card currently available is 256GB).

Since the Note 3 doesn't have 4k video, you don't need anything faster than a Class 10 (or U1) card.
