Since you have the N1 a good ROM for you to try would be JRummy's Remix v0.5; in the spare parts app he has put the ability to choose different LED colors for alarm clock, email, missed call, and voicemail. it's like a mini version of BerryBuzz (BeBuzz). Because it is themed on top of the Cyanogen 5.0.5.7 ROM, the SetCPU kernels and Apps2SD features are also there.

I want to first say Sorry everyone that it took me soo long to make a statement, it seems that I always have internet issues at the most inappropriate times.

** As far as the allogations of stealing anothers rom they arent true. They have found an xml (that points to another file that isnt present and can be deleted with null effect) and a clock app that did in fact belong to them, and I will give them that.

haha ya i read that earlier. he is so clear when he is making excuses and justificationds. When it comes up to the parts where he basically said "yea, i jacked that $hit. so what!", he is the vaguest S.O.B. and you can not say it isnt obvious. What i find to be the most annoying part of that whole thread is how a huge pecentage of people are either forgiving him or they are defending him. Last time i checked only Cyanogen is due for an apology and could give forgiveness if he see it fit. These people are acting like they got hosed but it is ok now because he apologized to us.

simple minded people amuse me haha IGNORANT SIMPLE MINDED PEOPLE.

but it gets better, apparently the mods at droidforums who promised that they would go through both roms and see if UD is a complete rip off of Cyanogen, they are blowing it off. they have "more important things to do". why be a mod if you can do what you said you were going to do. this all seems like they are blowing smoked up all of their members A$$' and hoping it works.

i think there should be a legitamite patition with as many android forum members stating that until they go through both roms and find out who is right, we will not visit their forum. i mean 100-200 people is not a huge hit, but if there were 1000's of people (wishful thinking but then again its for Cyanogen so it could be possible) it would make them think twice. anybody think this is somthing worthy of going that far or just drop it.

Finally pulled the trigger last night, but did 5.0.6 as it was updated yesterday.

I will update update to the remix tomorrow as Jrummy stated he will have the update by tomorrow night. He's currently working on it.


Question: I don't want to use the built in SD card anymore as I have a couple of 8gb cards and I think a 16gb somewhere, but want to switch it out. How would I go about this, now that I have all my android files on the sd card that came with it?
