what is the latest OS version? I get 'software update interrupted' each time i try to update

Just bought Note 3 AT&T from Walmart during their Black Friday sales.

I intend to use it on non AT&T SIM, but each time I try to update (for a week now), I always got the 'software update interrupted'. What's wrong with my device?

Also, if my reading is correct, the latest Android version is 5.0 for AT&T Note 3?
