what is the most flash friendly kernel...and why so?

The title pretty much says it im on a quest for smoother flash.
My main wonderings are-

kernel
Compcache
the effect of chainfire 3d (if any)
the best rendering engine of browser(so far dolphin wins)
Stagefright??(scary)
Differences of flash versions 10, 10.3 ,11 ect ect

So far thats it i think lets see what we come up with......
Oh yeah!! I almost forgot ...catchy snide remarks on how we think its bull adobe tried to leave us out. Oh well with the dev thats happening here on AC it'll probly end up being cooler anyways

First off what rom are you using, second is what version on you on ZVD, ZVH, ZHJ?

Useing kravens cm 7.2d
Was zvd but now says unknown
I have no service so im all wifi
Bobhome@ubuntu (the one that comes with rom) kernel
Usually i use chainfire 3d but havent installed it yet
Also i have a thing for my debian .loop install but i never use flash while its mounted though (in case you recommend a different kernel)
