What is the standard bootup time for Android 5 devices?

Hi,

I have a custom built android tablet with Android 5 Lollypop. The device takes almost 2-3 minutes to boot.

I was trying to understand if this could be a device related issue or does Android 5 take more time to boot than Android 4.

Please help.

depends on the device, it may be normal if you have a cheap tablet

None of my devices running Lollipop has ever taken that long to boot. I've never timed it but I think it's certainly less than a minute.
