I also called a CSR early Friday morning and asked the same thing as the email above and was told rudely "we can not change the shipping on the orders". Which is BS because other companies can. I asked if I could cancel my order and have her order me another one. I was told she could not cancel it either.
So now I am sitting waiting on the mail man (person) to maybe bring it today because the scanning system the USPS has it has not even been scanned once.
Fingers crossed.
