What is the status of your Droid X order

I ordered at about 12:45 am and saw both of the messages posted above. Then about 2 hrs ago I got my shipping confirmation and tracking number. You should be fine as long as VZW doesnt sell out like the retail stores are lol. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone.

I got the same message as OP. I ordered at 8:30 am. I am still waiting on shipping email, but hopefully it will come soon.

I tried to stop by as store opened up this morning, but the had 20+ people waiting outside. I kept on driving, since I did not want to wait in the line and can wait one more day.

I haven't received any shipping info yet even though I ordered at 2am. Someone, anyone, put my mind at ease and tell me your confirmation email says the same. I paid the $8.99 for overnight shipping (the 10% coupon was worth more) and if they're going to hold it up while they run a credit check I'm going to make them refund the shipping. Hell, I should call anyway and make them refund it.

Same boat....just call to make sure everything was OK.....and it is i just have to wait for the order to be filled......"if the order is not completed by 1630 i will not have the phone till Monday at best".....I did 4 other accessories with it.

Has anyone had their internet order ship yet? I placed my order at 12:55 AM EST this morning and the status is still showing as "Order Status: Your order has been processed and will be shipped based on inventory availability and shipping method. You will receive shipment notification and tracking details via email."

However the second order I placed on the phone 2 hours ago has already shipped. Should I be worried?

Thats interesting. I ordered at 1am and still have not received shipping confirm. I called csr and they said not to worry that others may be getting shipping confirm because their location to warehouses. Sounded like BS to me and your situation would refute that.

I would give them a call. Let me know what they say.

Just got the shipping confirmation. I ordered 1am and received shipping confirm 2:40pm. Will arrive Friday before 3pm.

I when I called VZW about my online order the CSR said I couldn't change the shipping option (chose the free 2nd day option) but she said I might get the phone over nighted. I was just curious to see if the people who ordered online and chose the 2nd day shipping option have already received a tracking email?

I ordered last night around midnight and got my shipping info this morning. I had the 2 day shipping option selected cause it wouldn't allow me to pick anything else. I do live fairly close to where it is being shipped from, about an hour and a half drive. Too bad Fedex doesn't do same day deliveries!

I like Tifoso was getting worried and I called Verizon and asked for them to check on it...I waited on the phone about 15 minutes and when she came back she told me it would ship today and I would have in hand tomorrow....Right after (i mean right after) I get my confirmation email with tracking number included!!!!!!

On my order free shipping was the default. I did not have to use the promo code. I did use promo code (PRMCD10) for 10% off.

I ordered a Droid X upgrade along with a free upgrade for a secondary line. I got 2 e-mails for shipping confirmation sent at the same time, but they only list the secondary line. I checked on FedEx and the shipment has been picked up. Anyone else in my boat?

I'm 99% sure the Droid X is in the same shipment, but it doesn't list the main number on the order confirmation!!

Looks like I'm in the same boat. I got the order confirmation email @ 2:59 am EST.

I called customer service twice to try and get the thing shipped today. They were very apologetic and tried to blow some sunshine where there shouldn't be any sunshine but it looks like I'm waiting until Tuesday.

I've been on the phone for 10 minutes with verizon. They can't find a record of my order even when I give her the order number.
