What is the Trick to Setting Up Iris Scanning

So I am stuck... How the heck do you setup the Iris scanner? I have done low light, no light, bright light, no glasses, forced my eyes wide open, etc. It will not get past 50%. I remember this similar issue a year or so ago and I cannot remember the trick to get it to work. It is one of the most frustrating things. Any suggestions.

I gave up since Samsung first introduced it.

I wear glasses and Filipino and my eyes are more smaller.

This is the downside to Finger Print Scanner at the back but at least Samsung added Face Scan which helps.

Same here, I guess my eyes are too messed up to scan my irises with out without glasses haha

so of course, just like taking a care to the mechanic, as soon as I posted this, I tried it again and it finally worked. I ended up removing my face recognition i setup originally. Then i went back and did intelligent scan setup. The face setup was quick, the iris I had to find the sweet spot of distance and position and it finally worked. Took about 5-6 tries and it finally setup. Coming from an iPhone X, I have to say Samsung has a lot to learn from Apple on the face/iris recognition setup.
