What is wrong with my phone?!

I don't know if this is the right place to ask.... but why my play store keeps saying "No connection"? Well, I tried everything. And I checked all the forums, maybe... there is an answer to my problem? Nope. Nothing. So, I cleared the data and uninstalled play store, cleared cache... I also checked the date and time, and it wasn't wrong. And then, I thought it was something with my google account so I deleted it (you know) from my device. And now, I can't put it again. (If my play store does not work, play games does not work too, and I can't play games!) So, if you could help my with this problem? The problem came from my phone or from my router?
Also... sry for my bad English...

did you tried updating your play store???? or did you restored your device to factory settings and checked it whether it works or not
