What is your AT&T order status?

OK, I just got off the phone & was told, that my order should go out tomorrow-the 16th or the 17th, or even the18th. And that it can take up to 7 business days. After I commented why did I bother pre-ordering it then. She stated I could receive it Friday. So I then asked her that I could receive my phone as early as the 19th but not later then the 24th. She then said "yes, that is correct, mam."

They are required to say "up to 7 business days" to set customer expectations because they don't want customers calling them if UPS (or whomever they ship with) f's up the delivery.

They just give you standard shipping times from UPS/FedEX

Most likely they are shipping from Fort Worth TX. so if you live in (let's say NY) thats a 2-3 day delivery period with standard shipping with UPS/FedEX Ground..

I paid for overnight so hopefully if my device ships on the 16th before 6 or 7PM via UPS i should have it in the morning. Same for FedEX

I wanted to upgrade my shipping but I would've had to cancel existing order. And re order my pre-order n I said screw that!

You'll have it on Friday then with standard shipping

long as it ships before 8PM you'll be good for Friday

Has anyone preordered theirs through Premier? I only received one confirmation email when I ordered 6 days ago. No other emails. Order status says Preorder processing. I can't log in to view more details because I haven't been given a phone number yet...I'm hoping that the status will change tomorrow.

USPS? thats weird.. even when i used the free shipping option they never gave me USPS as a carrier. you must be right next to the shipping center

Yep you would be correct! I live only about 30 miles from downtown Fort Worth. I should see the phone tomorrow (I hope!)

BTW...I didn't get any e-mail notification yet, I was just checking my order status online at AT&T and saw the good news.

Should be. My medialink shipped out of FortWorth and I received it next day here in Houston. I asked a chat support lady on AT&T and she said the One would ship out of FortWorth where the warehouse is.

I would say go ahead and pre order and if you dont get any tracking number by tomorrow night then cancel because it most likely wont be there on the 19th and then just pick up in store
