What keyboard and theme do you use?

I use the Google keyboard with the styled keyboard module. It matches every app no matter what.

I've tried to love the stock keyboard, because it does have some great features. Adjustable height, long press space to move cursor, number row to name a few. I've gone back and forth between stock and Google keyboard a few times now, but just changed back to Google because of it's more accurate predictions and tap accuracy.

Same. The Google keyboard is just superior. But I do love a lot of the LG keyboard features. I hope maybe future updates will improve it.

Turns out Google keyboard does have the feature I was looking for. I just had it disabled. Lol

Back to normal programming.

Is there an emoji button on the Google keyboard? I can't seem to find it.

Thanks for the help. I've been getting so many typos with the stock keyboard, I'm going to give this one a try.

Hold down the blue enter button. Then the emoji icon should pop up. Swipe up to trigger it.

One of the best features of the SwiftKey keyboard, in my opinion, is the emoji prediction (and I don't even use them a lot). If you type in "pizza" you get word predictions/corrections in the first two sections at the top, and a pizza icon in the third. It's really a time saver.

Random question: now that I've decided that the Google keyboard works better than the LG keyboard, how do I get the change keyboard notification to go away?

I had the same issue until I realized that the notification is only there while you have the keyboard open! It goes away when you close the keyboard. I think the notification is there in case you want to change keyboards on the fly...

Ah, okay. I'll try to relax about it then..... It's hard to let go....

Honestly with the G4 making all the right improvements to the phone, I just use the LG one. Just go to the LG smartworld and download themes.
