What Kind of Earbuds/Earphones Work Well With the Note 10+ ?

How are the B&O? They're popular, but they're reviews on Amazon and others are not good, but most say the sound is great and complain about bluetooth reliability and, of course, the price.

The sound stage IMO is on par with the Sennheiser's which I ended up returning because of constant battery drain. The two things you and others have mentioned are my negatives about the B&O's(price and BT connectivity).

Here's another question I've been wanting to ask.
When it comes to wired vs. wireless earbuds, in terms of sound quality, how do the USB-C headphones fair against the wireless earbuds?

I know the Note 10+ can utilize USB-C earbuds and headphones directly (no need for the 3.5mm adapter), but how does this compare to the wireless earbuds? I'm not looking for picture perfect sound quality, but I want the sound quality to be relatively consistent and reliable.

Plus, considering I would be listening to music on the Note 10+ in different areas:
1. In my room
2. Listening while I'm in a bus/car for long trips
3. Listening while I'm working out.

I've heard criticism over the wireless earbuds because you have to worry about interference and other Bluetooth devices which can jam the signal while wired USB-C earbuds wouldn't have to worry about interference unless the cord itself is defected.

In the end, I already know the Note 10+ comes with a USB-C earbud, and I might invest in a backup USB-C pair, but I was and am still unsure about investing in wireless earbuds.

Here's a 2nd pair of wireless earbuds I have found on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6678471

It depends. Some of the higher end earbuds have big drivers and are professionally tuned. For example Sennheiser's will sound better than the wired earbuds that come with Samsung phones. Higher end wired headphones will most likely deliver better sound than wireless earbuds. Also consider battery life. B&O's offer 4 hrs plus an additional 12hrs from the case. The Power Beats Pro claims to deliver 9hrs plus an additional 15 or so hrs from the case.

I managed to get some AKG Y500 on ear wireless headphones using a 50% off voucher from Samsung and they are actually pretty good. I didn't want to use my expensive wireless gaming headset so I bought the AKG set for travelling etc and I'm happy with them, they ain't top of the line headphones but they certainly do what I ask of them.

And if they work for you and you're needs, that's all that matters. Unless you're an audiophile, I think most people would be good with this.

I bought the Tozo T10 wireless earbuds and was happy with them, and then I received an email from Tozo offering a full refund into my PayPal account for purchasing the T6 earbuds ($50 on Amazon). The T6 earbuds have a full frequency with adequate bass, and the case can be charged wirelessly.

New Sammy buds are nice, huge improvement over IconX 2018
In what way? I was so disappointed. The sound is so tinny and flat compared to the IconX 2018s. And the full array of touch controls are hard to live without once you're used to them with the IconX.

Sound is ok. IconX case broke because of the poor design, headphone speaker grills fell out because they were poorly glued, and touch controls were always glitchy. New ones seem more solid, no glitches

I never had any issues with the case or the touch controls on the IconX. My grills fell out about 3 weeks ago after 2 years, but they were easily replaced.

I could have lived with the limited touch controls on the Buds I suppose, but I don't like the sound compared to the IconX or my other bluetooth headphones.

I just got some used Samsung Level Active Bluetooth headphones. They work well at home. I need to see how the sound is outside though. For $9 so far I can't complain.

I am using the same headphones I always used. I bought 2 dongles (one for home, one for office) that convert USB-C to 3.5mm jack and also have a USB-C port for charging. So I can listen to music or videos and still charge my phone at the same time.

Galaxy Buds that were bundled with my Note 10+. Excellent sound, fit, and features. When on the move, these and a Bose Soundwave are all I use. Buds are better than my wired Denon Urban Raves.

I use the Galaxy Buds. I've only used the USB-C earbuds that come in the box once... love the buds. Very comfortable, adequate noise isolation, and clear sound. It's no Beats Studio but they sound very good.

I've been using the Gear IconX that I got with my Note 8 purchase credit 2 years ago. Got the Galaxy Buds too with my pre-order credit because I liked the wireless charging and smaller case size, but they're average at best, don't sound great and missing a bunch of features that the IconX have.

Missing the 1.5 hours of battery life? The left ear piece that goes dead after 2 months? The average sound quality?

Galaxy Buds are 10 x better than the IconiX. Awesome battery, clear, crisp sound and much smaller and lighter

Gurssing you had the original version of the IconX, with the notoriously short battery life? I hear deep, rich sound in my IconX (2018)... still get 4+ hrs of battery life and never had an issue with one ear not working.

Anyone have an experience with both the Gear IconX 2018 that thinks the Buds sound better than the IconX? Maybe I've got defective Buds? I have to admit I kind of just thought "I guess that's why they're cheaper"

Sorry for dropping in on the thread, but do all of you who use bluetooth buds have the issue where you get your notifications ringtone played to you over the buds? I use the Galaxy buds, Bose QC35s and the sony wf-1000xm3/s, only the Buds work the way they are supposed to, the other 2, i get my notification song playing each time i get any notifications, and i cant seem to find a way to make it stop!
