What launcher and why, are you using on N6

Stock.

I used to fuss with all manners of launchers. I think I tried pretty much all of them at one point. When I got my Nexus 5, I immediately loaded Nova Prime on it... but then for some reason I decided to try out stock launcher as I had started to use Google Now more and more and the swipe on the homescreen is the most intuitive method for me (Yes, KK Launcher replicates the feature, but it isn't as smooth an integrated). The stock launcher lacks a lot of customization options, but I soon learned that I really didn't NEED those options.... turns out that they were mostly there as as excuse for me to play around with the config.... I didn't actually gain any benefit from it. I loaded Xposed+XGel Settings to tweak it a bit, but now on my Nexus 6..... well, the launcher is just a program to launch apps, so I let it.

YMMV.... people who are into heavy customization and personalization are going to want to look elsewhere. You'll be hard pressed to replicate some of those wild looking homescreens using the Google Now Launcher. But that's cool... Be together. Not the same... right?

Apex. I tired, I mean really tried, to stay stock but when I use Apex it's like coming home. Don't care if it is slower or uses more memory. I just like it.

According to Google play store reviews of recent... Issues with nova launcher in regards to 5.0

Going Back and forth between Nova and Stock.

The main reasons why i prefer Nova are customizable home grid and landscape on home. I also like to change icons from time to time

if GN Launcher had handscape, i think i would have kept using it
