What phone are you coming from?

DINC. Rooted with cyanogen mod kept me from upgrading a long time. But ready for a more powerful phone.

Hopefully the S3 will keep me for 2+ years. I hate paying for phones.

Blackberry Storm to dumb phone to LG Optimus V to Motorola Triumph to Razr Maxx to SGS3. I also have BB curve for work.

DINC replaced once due to a blown speaker. Now with a few war wounds on the screen and a worn out extended battery.

Tbolt until just recently...Now I am back on my Dinc w/ a shot speaker. Limping by until my S3 arrives.

It seems like so many of you all, have been on some rather old phones. You're going to be amazed with Verizon's 4G LTE.

Personally, I would not be preordering to update from my ThunderBolt at this point if it were not for locking in my unlimited data.

This should be a worthwhile upgrade for me, I suspect it will be a great phone and all, but I would have preferred to wait for something more like the Galaxy Note 5" screen on Verizon.

Came from the iPhone 4... let me tell you, there is NOTHING I miss about the iPhone that would make me even consider swapping back. I recently purchased the new Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 as my first Droid. After I played with it for a while I was sold on android, so I ditched the iPhone (which I was having some major issues with anyway) and picked up this rooted galaxy s2.

AT&T iPhone 3g-->AT&T iPhone 4-->Fascinate(1st VZW)--Dinc 2(loved the screen/size)--> VZW iPhone 4s(missed my 4in screen desperately)--> VZW Samsung Galaxy S3(hello big screen and LTE!!!). So ready to give ICS a shot.

Palm Pre+ to Droid 3 to SGSIII

I'm ready to give up the dedicated keyboard.

Actually I got two phones, both for my personal use.:)
Since I am updating the original incredible to the S3,I will say that .Nothings wrong with the dinc(it's been perfect) just wanted to update before vzw changes its policy
I do however also have the Galaxy Nexus ,updated to that from the DX

Galaxy Nexus, I will miss the pure Google experience (without rooting anyway) :( Rooting is a pain for me with having a Mac.
