What phone are you coming from?

A lot of you seem to be coming from the gnex are you people ed? Are you really going to go out and spend all that money for a phone that is pretty much the same as the one you have. I understand.d if your coming from an original Droid or a Droid incredible. But if you people seriously can't stick with a high end phone for 2 years then what will make you think that you will stick with the s3 for 2 years. What happens when the s4 comes out what will you just abandon your s3 and dish out 500+ for a new phone. Its pretty sick because I had the original backflip at&t's first android phone. And that thing was a piece of and I'm just now getting the s3 because I was patient enough to wait for the phone I really wanted. I could have gotten a new phone in December....... rich brats

I agree it is silly to dish out that kind of money for a not so different phone, but calling people rich brats because they do is a bit harsh.

Everyone has something materialistic they like to blow money on. Cars, shoes, food, clothes, home, etc, etc. You probably even have things you spend money on that others would see as silly. As long as it doesn't cause harm to other people then who cares?

Dude, you took a wrong turn somwhere. But welcome to the Android Central Forum. Think about that....a forum about people who obsess over an mobile phone operating system and the mobiles phones associated with it.

We arent normal...thus the forum. Get it??? We come hear to talk to people who are into this stuff. If you dont get it..and find the habits of the people here insulting. Then sorry man, but your in the wrong place.

The iphone thing might be more your liking, that has a more steady cycle .
