I think this makes a huge amount of difference in regards to how impressed or "wowed" we are by the GS4. I'm still loving my OG RAZR (which was a replacement given me by VZW after FOUR Bionics...but I digress), but as we are all well aware, our technology ages in terms of dog years really. So for me, I know the GS4 will be an amazing upgrade even though I don't even have it yet (don't flame me...this is not a review)...

So I'm curious whether you're staying brand loyal and staying on the Sami train or jumping like me to a whole new world? What phone ends up on ebay for you when you get the GS4?

Samsung Epic 4G is my current phone... will be upgrading so S4 soon.

I actually looked back-- All my phones (except the old gray nextel phone) have been Samsung.

Coming from a Verizon GN. I love my phone and really have no problems with it, have had it since the first release date and have never had to replace it. I want the S4 for a couple reasons, the main is the battery with the GN, I can blow through it in under 2 hours if I am really using it! Plus it is now starting to bog down a little. But seriously if not for the battery I would be happy with this GN even longer, I love vanilla Android and will miss it.

Iphone 4s. The phone itself was ok but Just got tired of it's problems. Hopefully the Galaxy S4 will treat me well. Still waiting for delivery.

Motorola dinosaur -> Nokia dinosaur -> iPhone 3GS -> Motorola Atrix -> Samsung Galaxy S4. Starting with the iPhone, then the Atrix and now this, my phone tech just keeps getting better. Though I have to say that the jump from the iPhone to the Atrix wasn't nearly as huge as the jumps bookending that transaction. The S4 from the Atrix is like a new AMG after trading in a well-loved Civic Si. Or at least that's what I imagine it's like.

=P

I have zero loyalty to any phone brand :P My last phone for 2 years was iPhone 4, before that a Blackberry Curve, HTC Wizard, Motorola RAZR, Samsung, Nokia then a Motorola again haha. My jump from the iPhone 4 felt huge! I've been playing with my phone constantly and there's still so much to learn about it...I love that because that was the exact reason I chose to abandon iPhone when my contract ended, I was bored with iOS and wanted something different with more to offer.

I came from iPhone 4S. And prior to that it was iPhone 3gs, I'm very happy about the switch.

Already converted a few friends to get the S4 (they had iPhone 5) and now my husband wants to get one too!

I'm coming from
OG Droid
Droid 2
Droid X
Bionic
Razr
Galaxy S3
Note 2

I think that's all of them. I'm still on the fence with the S4. I just ordered it because I had an upgrade available. I really don't know how i will like the downgrade in screen size.

Let's see...the last 2 years should count as one upgrade. If that's the case (in no particular order)

Galaxy S2 (Epic 4G Touch/AT&T/GT-i9100) Galaxy S3 (Verizon, AT&T, GT-i9300) Galaxy Nexus (Unlocked GSM/Verizon) Galaxy Note 2 (Verizon/AT&T) Droid Charge

Droid RAZR Maxx HD, Droid RAZR M, Droid Bionic

HTC Inspire, HTC Thunderbolt, HTC Rezound, HTC One X, HTC One X+, HTC One, HTC EVO 3D

LG Nexus 4, LG Optimus G, LG Thrill

BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930, BlackBerry Torch, Blackberry Z10

iPhone 4/4S/5 (AT&T/Verizon)

I think that's all of them, but to answer your question, I came from an HTC One to the S4.
