What programs can I safely delete from my lg g3 vigor?

My memory is full on my lg g3 vigor - I often get a message that an update cannot be completed because of insufficient memory space. Meanwhile, the SD card is almost empty but I have everything transferred there that seems possible.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about preinstalled apps? You usually can't uninstall bloatware unless the phone is rooted.
