What Replacement Phone Have You Decided On?

Traded my Note 5 in to upgrade to the 7 on Sprint. Bought another Note 5 off eBay today to replace the Note 7 I have to return. Full circle lol. I considered the S7 edge but I favor the S Pen on a still very relevant phone than the slight software enhancements on the Edge. The only difficult part of the decision was the advantage the Edge has with the memory card

May I ask what you paid for the note 5 or what would be a fair price?

I hear the S7 Actives are catching fire at an alarming rate, and may be next in line for a recall.

Can you show a trend of this aside from the single device issue noted on BGR?

Paid $430 for a 64gb blue sapphire that supposedly is in "new" condition. The pics looked good, but I'll have to judge it when I get it. I don't consider that too bad considering I would've still been paying $30+ a month for it on my original lease plan and now I'll have no installment payments on my monthly bill

Growing very frustrated with this entire process. So many phones back ordered now and I received another text from Verizon stressing the need to return the Note. I have been considering three phone; the iPhone 7 plus, the Google Pixel, or the LG V20. I am not really an iPhone person but frustration is pushing me that way. I will probable end up with the Google Pixel XL but disappointed that Google didn't include water proofing, wireless charging, etc. A cutting edge tech company that released a phone leaving out some cutting edge tech; doesn't make since. Verizon still doesn't have a release date on the LG V20 according the online chat as of 10/17. In the end I guess I will end up with the Google Pixel XL 128mb.

I had a v10... the Camera is amazing and it has manual mode which allows you to do so much more. I loved to take macros with it... excellent detail

I wanted the V20 but didn't want to preorder again remember we all swore off preorder with the hole N7 mess.
unless its a public tested phone I will not purchase.

Not me...lol. I am not swearing off pre-ordering. I swore off not having a dang back up phone. I pre-ordered the LG V20. Still looking for a back up phone. Maybe Axon 7. I will pre-order the wateva Note again.

You've got to be using the Samsung keyboard for that to happen. Mine always corrected "what" to "weekday" no matter what I did.

I preordered a V20.shipping overnoc between 10/17 and 10/24. If I don't like it .I will return it and get S7E.But i will get a Note again next year.

I had the S7 Edge for a couple days turned it in for the Note 5 for a couple more days actually more like a week now I've decided to go back to the door and Edge that one has a little more features that I like and I love the overall appearance of it especially with a nice case

I just got the S7E delivered yesterday. Honestly, once I got it all setup, not a big difference between this and the Note7. I thought the screen curve would be more drastic. But, I don't even notice it with the case on. The silver is not awful, either. Although, I haven't used it in bright sunlight yet.
