My friend has a Sumsung LG phone and her brother changed her pin. He says he forgot the pin so i want to help her unlock it.

Have her bring the phone and a photo ID to her carrier. If they can't unlock it, they'll have to reset it, which will lose all her data, so let's hope she keeps her phone backed up.
