What size gearfit should I get?

When I redeem my Gearfit watch that is. I know this isn't the Gear forum but since so many will be getting it here I was just curious. I have the Gear S2 smartwatch right now and I'm using the small wristband for it because I have skinny arms. Does that mean I should get the small Gearfit also?
