What size video can I send with my Galaxy S3?

Galaxy s3 video's

When I try to email a video, it says file too large, what size video's can I send? When I'm able to send one, I can't open it on my pc, help? What program do I need to open these files?

Welcome to the forums. It might be easier to upload the video to a cloud service, then share that. You should be able to get a shareable link, insert it into the email, and then send the email.
