what software to use to turn up the music if the bitrate sucks?

a lot of my stuff is older bit rate like 128 80's songs on itunes you where able to convert the songs and turn them up individually, what do I use to do the same thing on my phone? Even with the volume turned all the way up on the phone you can hear that the song's arent that loud to begin with. Also what software are we using to convert itunes protected movies to work on the note 7?

Bitrate and volume are 2 different things. The bitrate can't be changed, or if it is changed it won't sound any better as the "loss" will have already happened. On a computer, you might be able to use Audacity to ramp up the volume, not sure about on the phone itself.
