I have a Droid X and recently the bottom of my screen started screwing up and had lines going through it or would just block out, so I took my phone to Verizon and the rep told me they were having this problem with some Droid X's. The rep told me that he could order me a new one because they didn't have any in stock and it was still under warranty, but it would'nt be delivered until Monday because it was Thursday, well today is Monday and my X came, but guess what? They sent me a certified pre-owned X as a warranty replacement. WTF?! Verizon, Warranty replacements should be new damn it! I paid for new I want new!
