Which version of Android are you running at the moment?I guess I have to turn on GPS 24/7 to make this app work? But does this app only uses gps when you want to ask up the location? Because knowing google there saving as much data as they can..
Yep. I have no problem going into a shady area. And I have a few "hard, pipe hitting buddies" (to paraphrase Marcellus Wallace) to go with me to get my stuff back if the police can't be bothered.

Google has one called 'Android Device Manager'. It allows you to ring, lock or wipe your phone remotely.

It come pre-installed on 4.4 KitKat, but if you aren't running KitKat, Google released the app on the Play Store recently.

Sorry, my mistake.You definitely don't need 4.4 to have it. We have 4.3...all notes do and Android Device Manager is installed already. Please see below.

buy cerberus, i couldn't explain how important it is to your phone. you can get pictures, voice, videos, location history, call log, sms and send messages to the perp' all remotely.
edit: will also survive a reset if rooted. don't be one of those who wished they could get their device ��
