I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, The device is dated 9-12 and is in perfect condition with original box, extended battery, and about $50 in accessories.
Its only worth about $22 in trade, worst trade in value of any phone. I don't need it as a backup so what do I do with it? Donate it and take the tax deduction, sell it on craigslist.com? Any advice?

I always sell my old devices on ebay which allows me to upgrade for free.. So long as your buying flagship phones and not feature phones... They usually hold their value pretty good. I got $300 for my iPhone 4s which allowed me to upgrade to a galaxy Samsung s4 and sold my wife's iPhone 4 for $200 which allowed me to get her a iPhone 5. No money out of my pocket.... Just an idea..

I usually try and sell my old devices on eBay, but like you said the value of the GNex is pretty bad. I think I'm just going to keep it as a wifi device for music and videos and a backup.
