First car given to drive - 1960 Chevrolet Apache C-10 pickup truck. Short wheelbase step-side. 235 straight 6 manual 3-speed column shift. Had it the last two years of high school and first year of college (around 1981-1984).

First car I bought new off the lot - 1990 Acura Integra. 5 speed manual (on purpose). Had it for 10 years.

62 VW Bug. Fun car to drive.

'62 Corvair. HS graduation present in '68. Lot's of fun. Left it in a tree weeks before entering the US Air Force. Was pre-running a course and lost it in a curve with a steep bank on the outside. Beyond the bank was a sturdy tree that the car landed in. I climbed down and left it. It wasn't on private land and nobody ever tracked me down from the VIN. Maybe its still there.

81 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ. My Mom gave me her car. Over the years she owned several GP's as well as myself. My last one was from the GP frame but the GTO.

I was gifted a new 88.5 Suz Samurai Deluxe on high school graduation and still have her...
