Mine was a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic. The phone was slower than an inebriated sloth on a monday morning.
I see your palm treo and raise you a Kyocera (Qualcomm) 7135 hybrid flip phone palm pilot.

My first smartphone was a Neopoint 1000 that I purchased in the summer of 2000.

In 2001, I went to a Samsung i300 which is still one of my all time favorites. It has been downhill since.
