I have a gold iPhone 5S. Google does a good job of making one feel like they are missing the party by not having a Google device. So I bit on a Nexus 5 (black). From a hardware perspective it's a great phone (craptastic speaker not withstanding). Very nice display and I actually like the grippy feeling case. But sadly I can't get past Android OS. There are things I like about it. Notifications, integrated Google Now, an app drawer instead of endless pages of apps, etc. For the life of me I just can't type on Android keyboards. I've tried 4 different ones. All the same. I easily make 3 times the number of errors as I do on the iOS keyboard. I also miss iMessages (surprisingly). I guess Google Hangouts is Android version of it but it's just not the same. I'm going to give the Nexus 5 the rest of the week but I'm going back to my 5S. On a side note, I don't find the camera to be as bad as some make it out to be. The 4.4.1 update hasn't hit it yet but it still takes pretty darn good photo's.
