What will your next phone be if no Note 21 ?

I doubt the pen holder in the phone will be eliminated for the note series. That is what makes it special. I plan on gettng the next note but if not released, I will be looking at other phones.

That was my first smart phone back in the day, blackberry curve. Smartphones have come a long ways since then.

My first smartphone was also a Blackberry, a Bold 9700 then the Bold 9900. When I moved to android I bought a Samsung s5. I thought it was huge. Didn't think I could handle it. Now I'm hauling around a N20U. Go figure... :)

The blackberry bold was my favorite. I had the 9000 and 9900 and eventually moved to the torch when my 9900 kept overheating . At that time I was refusing to go to a full touch screen phone. Lol

That's so awesome! I had its younger cousin, the Blackberry Bold 9780. I miss those smartphone days of old!

Nothing has been announced yet that is better than my Note 20 Ultra. S21 Ultra comes close but loses alot of the S Pen functions and you can't store it inside the phone.

If Samsung does kill the Note I'll probably use the N20 Ultra for 3 or 4 years and buy whatever has the best camera after that.

My 9900 batteries still hold a charge so I fire it up once in a while for the fun of it. Still love that nice keyboard.

I'm thinking the same thing. :)

Then what else makes it a Note?
Well now that we are acknowledging the difference between a note and S series is the Spen, do you think samsung is going to keep the note around if the Spen is in the S series? The note Spen has bluetooth, but that can be changed on the S series, and the Spen is housed on the note, which can be changed on the S series. That part should be changed irregardless.

Doesn't make sense to have 2 different releases for basically the same phone, one that houses the spen and one not housed, IMO. I think there will be a note 21, but the rumors of the note going away are looking to be true more everyday. My speculation is the folding phones are coming, the fold 2 is being geared up to take the note spot with a Spen. If the Spen isn't housed on any of the phones mentioned then the Spen is probably going to die. You pay more attention to this stuff then I do, but from what I see, this makes sense. I'm a note guy, the fold 2 has gotten my attention and I see the folding phones making headway in technology and pricing.

Did those come out after the Torch ? If so I had already moved on to the HTC Vivid. I finally became a grown up and started using a touchscreen phone with no physical keyboard. Lol
They came out before the torch, 2008, the torch came out in 2010. I moved on to the Motorola Droid X from the blackberry days. Blackberry didn't want to change with the times, they thought the email security would keep them alive, when they did change to allow android OS, it was to late IMO.

Here's a picture of the storm.

I have an S10 now (my first introduction to Samsung, and I've loved it thus far), and I was considering staying with Samsung for my next upgrade... The S21 may not be too big for me, but I'm considering going to Pixel again next time 'round. Their phones are easier for me to navigate. I'd love to have a Pixel camera and size with a Samsung UI.
Is your upgrade around October? The new pixel would be out by then.

I had a Blackberry bold but can't remember which one. I also had the Blackberry playback and it was the best tablet. It replaced my original iPad when they stopped updating it.

I don't remember this one. I think I was still trying to keep my bold from dying. I was forced to go to the torch because after the 2nd replacement bold that was running hot they just gave me the next current phone which was the torch.
