What would you trade your G2x for?

I'm done. I REALY wanted to stick it out, if this phone only worked as designed it would be an awesome phone. But there's some new glitch every week and no sign of a GB release and who knows if that'll even fix it.

Anyway, today it sounded like they would let me move to another model phone. I got cut off before talking to the insurance folks. Thing is I'm not keen on any other phone's that T-Mobile offers at a glance. What should I be considering?

The only other phone comparable is the Sensation. Or the up coming myTouch 4G Slide. But they might not give you that much time.

The only exchange option in the system as of yesterday was another G2x or a mytouch 4g. My customers weren't too pleased. Both wanted the Sensation and decided to stick it out with their G2x.

I would choose to stick out also. The myTouch 4g is a good phone, but is still the best of last year's tech.

You could try to root it and install a gingerbread rom. I have the cyanogen 7 RC1 and it's been running great. No random reboots or force close errors.

Only device worth trading this for is a sensation but seeing the o2x just got a 2.3.4 leak I believe is working on a fix but my phone has been great so I'm not that worried though I still have time to take out back and get a sensation.

my crackberry :(

Oh no. Even with all the hiccups and glitches the G2x currently has, I would never go back to my bb 9700. I believe this phone is leaps and bounds better than the bold. I will deal with the minor issues till the new os comes out.

The Sensation. Best choice of those to switch to. Had it not been offered, well had I not demanded it, I would have switched back to using the MyTouch 4g. It certainly is not close to being equivalent to the G2x for performance but it certainly has fewer issues.

That's funny, seems like everyone hated the g2x before GB update. Mine came with it, and its great, other than the fact that T-Mobile just dropped the price to free on contract.

Stock G2x. Zeam launcher.
