Whats the best battery app for a moto E 2nd generation with 4g LTE

My battery want charge right if I don't use at least some kind of battery app. I'm using CM Battery Doctor now that's best I have found so far only tried a couple. I have even tried shutting most app down that I possible can with out making the phone unstable.
