Whats the best Driving apps

Hi all, I'm having a problem. I have a moto g 3rd gen and I drive alot. I need a app that shows me and tells me directions when needed and also that allows me to make calls through voice activated. I have a blu tooth headpiece. And also something that isn't connected through WiFi.

The two apps that work well for me for show and tell are
Waze
Sygic

I have no idea how they handle incoming calls.

Google Maps and Waze are ubiquitous enough that I'm wondering whether you've already ruled them out for some reason. Do you need voice control of the phone from within the driving app that isn't present?
