Whats the most stable gingerbread mod w/over clocking

Im also getting a Coby Kryos to with... first android its rooted, newest version of clockword mod on there... doin some onion stuff on there. i use it as my computer roughly so im looking to speed it up to 1.5 and update the setup but i want it to be decently stable. no ics.. just simple gb. tired of froyo...

ROM for triumph or Coby? For triumph I had been using whyzors reloaded CM7 until recently when I switched to miui. They are both GB based ROMs to the best of my knowledge and they are both stable, all about your preference. If you have never used miui before it's a nice change, but will take some getting used to if you're accustomed to traditional Android ROMs.

CM7 has the overclocking built into the settings whereas with miui I recommend flashing the speeddemon kernel. Also to change the clock speeds you need to install setcpu.
