It'a one of the clock options in the "Clock" by HTC, it's a widget.

Talk and hold a spot on your screen > goto widgets(at the top)
> scroll about 1/4 of the way down (depending on how many widgets you have installed) to the HTC clock widget, tap it > once your there it's the 5 one in.

Im using the standard senseUI bubbles htc wallpaper (not live version)

After i saw how much faster the evo was without a live wallpaper, i fell in love once again... (like a little slice of froyo lol) you can really see it when scrolling through your app launcher

whats a good site to get wallpapapers? or a good way to?

I've just been using 2 apps from the market called Flikie Wallpaper and Mabilo Wallpaper.

But I would suppose with the way Android handles photos and you can resize and crop them you should be able to use just about any HD photo and get a descent wallpaper.

I'm new to Android so anyone with a little more knowledge..... feel free to chime in. I need to learn some more know how myself.

What resolution do the wallpapers need to be? I know the screen resolution is 480 x 800, but since it scrolls a bit from left to right to cover all the homescreen, it needs to be bigger, right?

960x800 will fill the screens perfectly.
