Get ADW Launcher from the market. Once you start using it, there will be a "Rubik's Cube" looking icon at the bottom of your home screen. That's to open the app drawer. If you grab that icon and swipe up, it will disappear. Then you create a shortcut and drag said shortcut down to the bottom where that Rubik's Cube used to be. You'll notice the very bottom of the screen turn white when the shortcut is in the proper place. Drop the shortcut there and it becomes one of those icons. Wash, rinse and repeat to add as many shortcuts as you want.
I will add that those particular icons are from various icon packs that you need either Bettercut or Open Home to use. But you can still place the default icon there. And as of the latest update, Bettercut is broken.Haven't tried Open Home though. It may still work.
It's the "topless" skin in Beautiful Widgets. It's not free, but it's very reasonable ($1.99).
Haha! I noticed that too. After 105 or so, who cares? It's just plain hot at that point lol.
I'm using Flikie Wallpapers HD and have it set to randomly change my wallpaper every hour, picking one from their vast collection. An email alert woke me up around 2 AM last night. I picked up the phone and turned the screen on to turn the volume down, and it had changed my wallpaper to THIS:

I know it did it on purpose, too..
Yup that one would have gotten my attention in the middle of the night.
Can someone direct me to where I can find a screen capture app that DOES NOT require me to root ... Even if its not in the Market ... a 3rd party or 4th party app will be fine ... Thanks

Its pretty basic but I like the flow and darkness ... I only have 5 pages even though I can add 2 more ... With many of my Icons I have apps within them ... For example my 1 games shortcut houses 15 games so it frees up much space ...PS- I downloaded the SDK & Java to get the screen shots ... once installed it easy as kindergarten math to get the screen shots.
