Hi all,
I can't download media files from WhatsApp that have been sent to me, photos or video. Even with the settings enabled for auto-download of all media, it doesn't solve anything. Some content I receive is OK, but not everything.
I believe this is a general Android problem as someone had this issue with their Samsung two years ago but they never answered if they solved it. Please help otherwise I have to go back to Apple!
